No client. No brief. A personal piece built entirely around a singlecreative question: what does emotion look like when there are no words?OCEANA is a purely visual narrative — no dialogue, no voiceover,no text. Only image, movement, and color.
Role
Direction, editing, and color grading — complete creative ownershipfrom first frame to final export.
The Process
The edit was built on restraint. Every cut was held longer thanfelt comfortable — because atmosphere requires time. Color wasgraded in DaVinci Resolve toward a desaturated, cool palettethat shifts toward warmth only at specific emotional beats.The timing of those shifts was the most deliberate decisionin the entire piece.
