The brief
A personal R&D project. The question driving it: how do AI generativetools change the motion design workflow — and where do they add realvalue versus where do they create noise?This wasn't about making AI art. It was about understanding AIas a production accelerator inside a professional motion pipeline.
Role
Concept, AI prompting, motion design, editing, and production.Every frame was directed — the AI tools were the brush, not the artist.
The Process
Experimented with AI image and video generation tools to createraw visual material, then brought that material into After Effectsfor motion design treatment — timing, transitions, compositing,and sound alignment. The goal was a seamless pipeline fromAI generation to broadcast-ready output.
